Hadjar to partner Verstappen at Red Bull for F1 2027

Oracle Red Bull Racing confirmed on Wednesday that Isack Hadjar will remain with the team for the 2027 season, continuing alongside four-time World Champion Max Verstappen.
Hadjar joined the senior team in 2026 after a rookie campaign with Racing Bulls, securing a podium finish at the Monaco Grand Prix during his breakthrough season.
Despite missing three races following a wrist injury, the 21-year-old sits eighth in the drivers' championship with 71 points. He returns to action this weekend at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix in Baku.
Team principal Laurent Mekies described the extension as "an easy decision," citing Hadjar's "superb on and off track" performance. The announcement ends speculation regarding Liam Lawson and Arvid Lindblad.
Expressing his enthusiasm, Hadjar stated, "I am really excited to continue with Oracle Red Bull Racing." Verstappen recently signed a contract extension running through 2030.
