An off-duty cop shot a man with a knife in an apparent road rage incident, according to New York State Police.The shooting occurred Thursday around 3:45 p.m. on Dolsontown Road near the intersection of McVeigh Road in the Town of Wawayanda, police said. A preliminary investigation determined the drivers of a 2020 Volkswagen and a 2021 Toyota pickup truck had a conflict that spanned approximately one mile.
