David L. Westbrook, 69, of Carlisle, passed away on Monday, January 26, 2026, at his home. He was born in Harrisburg, PA on September 29, 1956, to Galen Westbrook and the late Frances (Krietzer) Westbrook. David was the owner/operator of Westbrook Excavating Inc., and for many years, the ownership was partnered with his brother, Donald Westbrook.
