Legora Raises $50M Series D Extension, With Backing From Nvidia Fund
The Swedish AI legal tech startup said it surpassed $100 million in annual recurring revenue as investors backed its workflow automation tools.
On Thursday, Swedish AI legal tech startup Legora secured a $50 million Series D extension from Nvidia's venture arm, NVentures, pushing the company's valuation to $5.6 billion.
Rapidly scaling in just 18 months, Legora now serves more than 1,000 law firms and in-house legal teams across 50 markets while surging to $100 million in annual recurring revenue .
Alongside Atlassian, Adams Street Partners, and Insight, NVentures joined the cap table in an extension that brought Legora's total Series D funding to $600 million following a first close in March.
Legora CEO Max Junestrand said the company is building a "full agentic operating system for legal work," while the firm recently launched an ad campaign featuring actor Jude Law.
AI legal tech startups raised $3.7 billion globally in 2025, a figure set to be matched in 2026 as Nvidia continues ramping up startup investments to deepen ties with promising companies.
