The report says the plane lost engine power after 20 minutes aloft, and Tyler Hall escaped with non-life-threatening injuries.

The Aug. 20 crash of the single-engine plane in Pemaquid Harbor resulted in the death of the pilot, 54-year-old John Hall of New Hampshire, and injured his son.
