Norway to buy two more submarines, long-range missiles
Norway will invest $6.4 billion to add two submarines and acquire long-range missiles, enhancing NATO’s deterrence amid increased Russian activity, officials said.
- On Dec 5, Norway announced plans to spend 65 billion Norwegian kroner to buy two additional submarines from Thyssenkrupp marine division , Germany, adding to four previously ordered.
