Russia has sent kidnapped Ukrainian children to a summer camp in North Korea, according to information from the European Union, Radio Free Europe reports. Children there are subjected to pro-Russian propaganda, ideological re-education and militarization, according to the document. The Sondowon camp is therefore to be included in a new EU sanctions list.
