A statement by the Constitutional Court (CC), published on Friday 19, reports that it admitted five constitutional actions filed against Executive Decree No. 148 of President Daniel Noboa, with which it called for a popular consultation prior to the installation of a Constituent Assembly, without prior control of constitutionality, suspended the executive's call to the polls.
