Entrepreneur Tomislav Horvatinčić, suspected of driving despite a court ban, will remain in custody in Remetinec until at least October 25, after the extra-judicial panel of the Zagreb County Court accepted the prosecution's appeal and overturned the earlier decision on house arrest with electronic monitoring.
