Authorities have identified the 37-year-old pedestrian struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver Sunday night in East Windsor. Otoniel Hernandez-Gutierrez and a 21-year-old Spotswood man were hit by westbound car on Route 33 as the pair crossed at the intersection of Probasco Road about 11 p.m., East Windsor police said.
