TRYON—On Wednesday, December 10, a special presentation took place at Tryon Town Hall as artist Joey Withinarts gifted an oil pastel portrait of Nina Simone to her brother, Dr. Sam Waymon, and the Town of Tryon, represented by TDDA Director Lourdes Guterriez.
