Nighttime closures of I-94 in Moorhead scheduled next week for communication upgrades project

DETROIT LAKES — Starting Monday, Oct. 6, weather permitting, motorists will encounter overnight closures of Interstate 94 in Moorhead between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m., as contractor crews complete the installation of the new overhead message boards, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
