President Nicușor Dan issued, on Wednesday, the law repealing the provisions of the Administrative Code which could lead to the incompatibility of local councillors and municipalities who hold certain positions in public administration. The amendment comes after Parliament intervened quickly on the legislation, before the new provisions have effect on a large number of elected locals.
