A special NIA court in Delhi sentenced four ISIS operatives in the Voice of Hind terror conspiracy case. The case centred on online propaganda, recruitment and efforts to push Indians towards violent jihad and hijrat.
The NIA court found all four accused guilty of offences related to criminal conspiracy, propagation of ISIS ideology and material, radicalisation and recruitment of youth under various sections of the UAPA and IPC.

A special NIA court in Delhi on Monday sentenced four operatives of the proscribed terrorist organisation ISIS in connection with the ‘Voice of Hind’ terror conspiracy case.
According to the NIA, the role of the accused in the case was related to dissemination and propagation of ISIS-related material, radicalisation and recruitment of youth and furtherance of the activities of the banned terrorist organisation.

Along with the sentence, a total of Rs. 10,000 fines have been imposed on the convicts. According to the NIA, the accused were involved in a conspiracy to radicalise and recruit youth into ISIS through online propaganda.
