New self-service electronics recycling option available in McLean County

NORMAL, Ill. (WMBD) -- McLean County residents will now be able to safely get rid of electronics on the first Saturday of the month. Starting on Saturday, Oct. 4, a self-service electronics recycling drop-off will be available from 8 a.m. to noon on the first Saturday of each month, said Waste Removal Supervisor Danny Edwards.
