WEST FARGO, N.D. – A big change is coming to the Red River Valley Fairgrounds. What’s believed is the tallest permanent outdoor stage in the country is going up in the grandstand. It’s 81 feet tall, 140 feet wide and 60 feet deep. The old stage was only 32 feet tall. “We made sure that no matter what we put on that stage, we could hold the weight.
