New Red River Valley Fair grandstand stage is believed to be the tallest permanent one in the U.S.

WEST FARGO, N.D. – A big change is coming to the Red River Valley Fairgrounds. What’s believed is the tallest permanent outdoor stage in the country is going up in the grandstand.
