New Reading Buddies Program begins at the Espanola Public Library

The EPL is looking for volunteers and young readers to apply for their brand new Reading Buddies Program which will begin this fall. The program will see teens paired with children between six and nine years of age for weekly reading sessions at the library. The goal is to improve literacy, expand language skills, and foster social connections between mentor and youth.
