New nightclub opening at former Utopia

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - A new night spot is opening on Youngstown's South Side. There is new signage in place along East Midlothian Boulevard, across from the Schwebel's Bakery, for what WKBN was told will be a new nightclub called Roxanne's. It will be located in the space that had been Utopia. City leaders say owners have applied for the necessary permits, but at this point, there is no word when Roxanne's will be opening.
