Starting on Jan. 1, the minimum wage in New Jersey will increase by 43 cents per hour for most employees, bringing it to $15.92. The minimum wage for employees of seasonal and small employers will gradually rise until 2028. The hourly wage will increase to $15.23 for these employees from $14.53.
