New home registrations in London plunged by 27% last year – warranty provider

Overall, new home registrations across the UK increased by 11%, the National House Building Council said.

NHBC reported an 11% year-on-year rise in UK new home registrations, with 115,350 homes registered to be built in 2025, up from 103,669 in 2024.
