Google Maps for Android Auto has just begun to catch up with its sibling - that is, belonging to Google Waze for years - and another problem has already appeared. Part of the drivers noticed that the speedometer switches between units on its own: it converts kilometers per hour with miles per hour. And as you can guess: this happens regardless of the settings selected by the user.
For some Google Maps users, Android Auto's speedometer has started displaying miles instead of kilometers, or vice versa. According to reports on Reddit, the problem occurs regardless of the app's settings.
