New childcare facility, run by Primrose Schools, could be coming to an office park in the west end of Greenwich

Primrose previously sought to open a facility at Old Track Road last year, but that project did not advance.

The new application is from new Greenwich Park LLC, who own Greenwich Office Park property at 51 Weaver Street.  Building 2 at Greenwich Office Park is an office building campus with multiple buildings, various driveways, parking lots and parking garages in the GBO zone.
