Alexander Skarsgård stars in the Henry Scholfield-directed clip as the band promotes its latest album without de-aging effects.
- On Thursday, The Rolling Stones released the music video for 'Mr. Charm', starring Swedish actor Alexander Skarsgård. Directed by Henry Scholfield, the clip depicts Skarsgård dancing through a desert diner in Palmdale, California.
- This release continues the band's recent casting tradition, following appearances by Anya Taylor-Joy, Charles Melton, and Odessa A'zion in previous Foreign Tongues videos. The song appears on the album released in July.
- Produced by Grammy-winning producer Andrew Watt, the track includes a new B-side, 'Bad Luck Hideaway', released on streaming services. Scholfield, known for directing Billie Eilish and Dua Lipa videos, helmed the production.
- Guitarist Ronnie Wood confirmed the song comments on the "perilous state of the world", citing the line, "Who would you really trust? Is it Boeing, is it NASA, is it mad mogul Mr. Musk?" as the band's social critique.
- The 14-track 'Foreign Tongues' topped charts in 14 countries upon its July arrival and received five-star reviews from major publications. The Rolling Stones plan to tour the album in 2027, less than three years after their Grammy-winning predecessor 'Hackney Diamonds.
