The Israeli government on Tuesday strongly criticized what Emmanuel Macron said from the podium of the UN General Assembly, as the French president criticized Israeli actions in the West Bank, especially the wave of settler violence, and argued that Hamas is not active in the area, where the —weakened— Palestinian Authority governs.
