Alfonso Gonzalez Loeschen will take over as Nespresso CEO on 1 November 2025, following Philipp Navratil’s promotion to lead Nestlé. Loeschen, currently head of Nespresso North America, steps in amid leadership changes triggered by the fallout from the Laurent Freixe scandal.
