The Province of South Holland has withdrawn the negative swimming advisory that had been in effect since 2023 for the Kralinger Esch natural swimming pool in Rotterdam. According to the province, multiple measurements show that PFAS concentrations in the water have dropped to well below the risk limit. As a result, the natural pool, part of a private swimming association, can safely reopen.
