- On Sunday, Dec. 14, Trey Songz was arraigned in Manhattan criminal court on an assault charge tied to a late-night brawl at Dramma nightclub, stemming from an early-December altercation.
- After staff moved to close the club on Thursday, Dec. 4, prosecutors allege Neverson became needlessly irate and punched a club employee around 4 a.m.
- Separately, prosecutors allege about $1,500 in damage at Mira, Manhattan restaurant and hookah lounge, while representatives say Neverson's security intervened after individuals who allegedly provoked the confrontation.
- A judge granted supervised release citing prior encounters with law enforcement, the club employee was granted an order of protection, and Neverson was released on his own recognizance with a return set for Feb. 18.
- In recent years, Neverson has faced multiple high-profile accusations, including multiple women who accused him beginning in 2022 and a confidential settlement earlier this year, plus a 2016 Detroit arrest and subsequent plea with 18 months of probation.
