After the burial of Ratko Mladić, NATO emphasizes its commitment to regional stability and says that it will not allow a security vacuum to arise again.

Ratko Mladić was buried on Monday in the family tomb at Belgrade's Topčider cemetery with church rites and military honors, and among the thousands of people in the parade and funeral procession were also some ministers of the Serbian government and officials of the RS.
"The Western Balkans is a region of strategic importance for our Alliance. Our commitment to regional stability is firm and we will not allow a security vacuum to appear again," said the NATO official.
