Nationwide Recall: FDA Warns Mold in Nasal Spray Could Lead to Life-Threatening Illness

- Following internal testing, MediNatura New Mexico, Inc. voluntarily recalled one lot after laboratory test results identified yeast, mold and Achromobacter above specifications.
- The recalled bottles are labeled as 0.68 fl oz , lot 224268, with expiration December 2027, NDC 62795-4005-9, UPC 787647 10186 3.
- Consumers who purchased ReBoost should immediately discontinue use and contact recall@medinatura.com or call 800-621-7644 for refunds, as advised by MediNatura and the FDA.
- Following a separate retail recall, the ReBoost Nasal Spray, marketed for nasal relief, was announced by MediNatura New Mexico Inc., with over 40,000 bottles recalled, reported from Los Angeles.
