The US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) published on Saturday as the Astronomical Picture of the Day a photograph by Czech astronomer Jakub Koukal from the Observatory in Valašské Meziříčí in the Vsetín region. Petr Horálek from the Institute of Physics in Opava informed ČTK about this today. The image, titled Mostly Perseids, is the second photograph by Czech authors that NASA has published this week.
Americký Národní úřad pro letectví a vesmír (NASA) zveřejnil v sobotu jako Astronomický snímek dne fotografii českého astronoma Jakuba Koukala z Hvězdárny ve Valašském Meziříčí na Vsetínsku. Informoval o tom Petr Horálek z Fyzikálního ústavu v Opavě. Snímek nazvaný Většinou Perseidy je už druhým českým snímkem, který NASA tento týden zveřejnila.
