Narnia: Greta Gerwig’s The Magician’s Nephew Unveils First Look at Daniel Craig’s Character

- Netflix is adapting the Chronicles of Narnia series chronologically, beginning with The Magician's Nephew. The film features Meryl Streep voicing Aslan and Emma Mackey portraying Jadis, the antagonist who confronts young characters Digory and Polly.
- Craig described Andrew as a character who "gets overexcited about what could be, and therefore overlooks the people around him and the consequences of what he's doing." Director Greta Gerwig called him "the stupidest magician in the world who actually made magic."
