Birmingham Man Detained for Stalking TV Presenter Myleene Klass

- Prosecution counsel Timothy Sapwell said the offending left Breathwick "hypervigilant and constantly anxious," while Klass described the defendant's behavior as having a "severe and pervasive" psychological effect on her life.
- Judge Tom Rochford cited Windsor's paranoid schizophrenia as the primary cause, noting an "escalating pattern of conduct" and determining a hospital order was the most appropriate sentence.
- Windsor, who was previously arrested but not prosecuted for sending a letter "signed in blood" to Scotland's former first minister Nicola Sturgeon, remains subject to a restraining order protecting both victims.
