In an implacable indictment, Advocate General Philippe Courroye has claimed heavy sentences against Loïk Le Priol and Romain Bouvier. The magistrate considers that the accused have premeditated their crime and that it is therefore a murder.
Twenty-seven years of criminal imprisonment were required on Wednesday against Loïk Le Priol, the author of the deadly shootings, "uncompensable accused" of the "proven criminal danger", and twenty years against Romain Bouvier, whose bullets wounded the ex-international Argentine rugby on 19 March 2022.

27 years in prison against Loïk Le Priol, 20 against Romain Bouvier were required, on Wednesday 23 September, in front of the Paris Assize Court. The first was prosecuted for murder, the second for attempted murder. The two accused and friends, close to the ultra-right movement, shot ten times at the ex-rugbyman of the Olympic Biarritz Federico Martin Aramburu on 19 March 2022.
