The Municipality of Lima announced that to appeal to the American Court to request the annulment of the award issued by the C mara de Arbitración Internacional de Par s.
The ruling was issued by the Paris International Chamber of Arbitration on June 12. The amount corresponds to 50% of the arbitration costs incurred to date. In addition, it unanimously determines that each party will bear its own legal costs and expenses.
The court also partially recognized another claim of the concessionaire for the delay in the delivery of land for Tramo Ramiro Prialé, whose amount of compensation will be defined at a later stage.
