Municipalities in the Low Jeseník region are preparing lawsuits to the Supreme Administrative Court (NSS) over planned zones that will allow for faster construction of wind farms. The municipalities claim that the zones will limit the rights of both local governments and residents. Local citizens have already managed to overturn investors' plans in the past.
