Firefighters were called twice to douse a blaze outside of Walmart on Banks Road. Mulch was set on fire beside the parking lot nearest to Enterprise Way at about 2:30 p.m. Fire crews were able to extinguish the small blaze, however, just before 4 p.m., the flames sparked back up as winds gusted in the area to 30 km/hr.
