MRS increases fuel price by N85 per litre
MRS, NIPCO and Mobil lifted pump prices as higher crude costs pushed petrol rates to as much as N1,430 a litre, NAN reported.
- MRS filling stations in Abuja raised petrol prices by N85 per litre to N1,395 from N1,310 per litre on Saturday, following Dangote Refinery's wholesale price increase.
- Global crude oil prices surged above $100 per barrel, prompting Dangote Petroleum Refinery to raise gantry prices; Brent and WTI crude currently trade at $104 and $100 per barrel, respectively.
