Reservations are up 319% over an average Sunday as households build buffet-style brunches with advance prep and self-serve stations.
Mother's Day brunch reservations are running 319% higher than the average, with the 2 p.m. dining window climbing 654% as demand spikes across the country.

By preparing protein dishes ahead of time, hosts can manage the meal and incorporate shelf-stable ingredients, while rotating fresh portions onto the buffet maintains quality throughout the gathering.
Per Disease Control and Prevention guidance, hot dishes must stay at 135 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, while chilled items need to remain below 40 degrees Fahrenheit to reduce the risk of spoilage.
