Morrisey names former Fayette Delegate Kayla Kessinger tourism secretary
Kayla Kessinger of Mount Hope, who represented Fayette County, West Virginia, in the House of Delegates from 2015 through 2022, was named the state’s new secretary of tourism and arts and history on Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2026, by Gov. Patrick Morrisey. She replaces Chelsea Ruby.
