MORGANTOWN, Ky. – A Butler County man is facing charges after allegedly stealing a vehicle and forcing someone inside. According to a uniform citation, a Butler County Sheriff’s Office deputy responded to a Serenity Loop to a possible driving under the influence complaint Thursday evening.
