The Concello de Santiago will introduce for the first time the advance payment of the scholarships of school dining and extra-curricular activities in order to guarantee liquidity to the collaborating entities that manage these services and avoid that they have to advance own funds. The measure is part of the call for assistance for the course 2026-27 presented this month by the councillor of Rights and Social Services, María Rozas.
