Montenegro admits that the recovery of areas affected by Storm Kristin could take years

During a visit to businesses and families in Pombal, one of the regions hardest hit by the storm, Prime Minister Luís Montenegro said on Tuesday that it could take several years to fully recover the areas affected by Storm Kristin.
