The Aixeca el cap association was born in Sabadell in March 2023 to promote the responsible and regulated use of screens, especially among children and adolescents, based on the concern of families and education and health professionals about the use of mobiles and digital devices. Its pressure, together with that of other groups such as Adolescència lliure de mòbils, achieved the prohibition of mobiles in compulsory education last year.
