A Lancaster County woman provided alcohol for a group of teenagers armed with guns at her house the night her 17-year-old son was shot and killed, prosecutors announced on Monday.Wilfredo Garcia, 17, was shot July 18 at his house in the 900 block of Plane Street in Columbia. Sixteen-year-old Jose Manuel Lopez III was charged with third-degree murder last month.
