- Thomas pleaded guilty to the felony charge on Tuesday, and a first-degree murder charge was dismissed as part of the plea agreement with the court.
- She will receive credit for time served and must pay $68 to the Crime Victims Compensation Fund, concluding the sentencing requirements.
