Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis met in San Francisco with Greek founders of pioneering Artificial Intelligence companies, inviting them to return to Greece for investments and know-how transfer, as part of brain gain initiatives. The challenges of the European regulatory framework for AI and the consideration of a direct Athens-San Francisco air connection were also discussed.
Referring to brain gain initiatives, Kyriakos Mitsotakis stated that as a government, "we organize professional opportunity events abroad."
