The complaint was filed by the minor’s family after an incident occurred inside a school bus. Lima’s Seventh Family Prosecutor’s Office conducts investigations, the minor has already gone through legal medicine, and the Minister for Women warned that the incident occurred despite the students travelling with teachers.

The Ombudsman met with the relatives of the students of the Liceo Naval school accused of alleged abuse against a colleague and was not everyone involved in the event.
The 16-year-old boy was reportedly victimized during the return of an interlice championship, when he was on a school bus with other students and teachers.
The attack was allegedly committed by ten of his companions. The students were held in flagrante and remain at the Lima Bertha Gonzáles Posada Eyzaguirre Family Commissariat.
