<p>The Minister of Education, Fernando Alexandre, responds to the criticisms that he was targeted at the beginning of the school year, especially with regard to students who did not have placement: "There are schools that had capacity and refused students. I have already asked for explanations and ordered the Inspectorate to investigate why they refused students having capacity."</p>
