Milton-Freewater police chief warns of rising e-bike dangers, increases enforcement

MILTON-FREEWATER – Milton-Freewater Police Chief Joe Shurtz issued a public safety advisory this week warning of a sharp increase in dangerous e-bike activity and associated vandalism within the city.
