Milford man charged after methamphetamine found in backpack

A Milford man was arrested on a drug trafficking charge after a probation search turned up methamphetamine at his residence, the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office said. Deputies working with Maine Probation and Parole searched a home on French Settlement Road on Thursday, seizing two backpacks.
